Daniel Park, Co-Founder

Daniel’s most important roles are found in his home as a husband and father of four. In business, he serves as a certified professional executive coach and consultant. His previous work includes ministry development at Breakaway Ministries at Texas A&M, co-founder of Mosaic House in Prague, Czech Republic, and both commercial and residential real estate work in Texas and Tennessee. Daniel earned his B.A. in Psychology from Clemson University and his M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University. He is certified to administer the EQi 2.0 and EQ 360 Assessments.

T.L. Holt, Co-Founder

TL has been graciously entrusted with his role as a husband and father. Whether in the workplace or at home, TL lives in the tension between what is and what is yet to be. In addition to his work with Sequoia, he has the joy of meeting with individuals as a Licensed Professional Counselor. TL earned a B.A. in Psychology from Samford University, an M.A. in Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary, and an M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University.

Rick Dunn, Co-Founder

Rick Dunn is first and foremost a husband, father, and grandfather. His varied leadership roles throughout his life have included coach, mentor, pastor, teacher, non-profit organizational leader, and university professor. Currently, Rick serves as the Lead Pastor of Fellowship Church, a high school AAU basketball coach with teams based in East Tennessee, and co-founder of Sequoia Leadership Collective.
